Lovely Layers: Water Lily - Honey Cuts

I haven't used this set yet but after using the Lovely Layers: Coneflower for fall and Christmas cards (around 55 cards in all), I KNOW I will love using the Water Lily set!
I'm never disappointed with Honey Bee products.

This is a gorgeous flower. I watched several videos that helped me add color and put it together. That was a great help. I really like the extra detail of each piece.

Lovely lily

I keep using this in different ways. My current project: I’m taking a box that some cutlery came in and turning it into a box for an author friend who’s doing a craft exercise for kids at her next book launch. (Remember Nim’s Island starring Jodie Foster and Gerard Butler? That author.) So far I’m pretty happy with it. The author announced “op shop chic” as a theme for the launch so I’m shabbying up the box that, at the moment, has 3 lilies, 3 dragonflies and some other things.
(The book mark project ingredients she’s using with the kids are already in the bottom of the box, it’s just waiting for the lid.)
