These awesome cover plate dies stack to create a 4 layer background... or, use this steel die alone for a "quilted" panel (this die cuts the edge of the A2 card, and leaves a quilted stipple design).

Dimensions

Cuts at 4-1/8" wide x 5-3/8" tall.
