Empress Electronic Die Cutting and Embossing Machine

This is NOT a reflection on Honey Bee Stamps! This is to let you know what happens when you buy an Empress Die cutting machine. I recently sent an email to Anna Griffin. I had a faulty machine the minute I got it out of the box. It wouldn't cut. I had an emergency brain surgery to remove my brain tumor. I spent a month in the hospital, and had to learn to walk and talk all over again. About 10 months to get back to being me. They couldn't take the whole tumor out due to complications. Shortly after that I had another emergency surgery and got MRSA. I was in the hospital another month, and home health care nurses for 6 months. I just got over my back surgery, just getting back to making cards and I pulled out my Empress, did everything the instructions said, and it still won't work. Sent all this info on a letter, said I would send it back if they could replace it. They said they would need a copy of the receipt, and they would replace it with a refurbished one. I don't want someone else's broken machine, I have one already. I have been buying Anna Griffin products for over 20 years! I have to say Honey Bee is a VERY QUALITY company. I have NEVER had any problems with the quality or price! I love them. Just remember that if you stay loyal to Anna Griffin, it really doesn't matter. I love her and have always bought from her company.. sad!
