Shipping & Handling
What do you charge for shipping? How are your shipping rates calculated?
We offer FREE shipping within the US on orders over $100, when the "free shipping" method is checked. You will have the option of paying for different shipping methods if you choose. (IE: Priority, etc.)
For International orders over $100, us coupon code: INTSHIP and receive $5 off of the shipping charges. (Please note that only one coupon code is valid per transaction).
For all orders, our shipping prices are based on the weight of the package. This gives you the best possible rates! We do not charge a "handling" charge at all... only postage fees. We have customers comment on the affordability of our shipping every single day - and we intent to keep it that way! Although our shopping cart is based off of the weight of the total package, there are times when the website does not always choose the best shipping method for the weight. There are instances where our shipping team sees a better alternative (IE: using a priority mailer instead of going by the weight of the package). If this is the case, we will refund you the overage and upgrade your shipping to the better shipping method! We always use the best shipping method in every situation. Our shipping department is double-checked by humans - not computers :) and we do our best to catch every possible error.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most of our orders are processed within 1-3 Business days... However - during peak times, new release weeks, Holidays, sales, etc... we may experience longer fulfillment times. During these peak times, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship. Please keep in mind that Honey Bee Stamps is closed on most major US holidays to be with our families. We package and ship orders Monday through Friday.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship all of our orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We love to use Priority Mailers when at all possible to save you money on larger orders! For international orders, we also offer DHL shipping.
When can I expect to receive my order after it has shipped?
Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee transit times for first class shipments. However, you can go by these general guidelines of shipping times for USPS:
Estimated Shipping Times - within the USA:
First Class Mail: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Estimated Shipping Times - International:
First Class Mail: 7-20 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-12 Business Days
*International shipping times can vary greatly depending on your country and can take up to eight weeks depending on location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Your tracking number will be located within your account on our website. Simply login to our website (upper right-hand corner of our homepage) and click to view your orders. Within each order, you will see a tracking number. If you are not able to find your tracking number, please feel free to email us: CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Honey Bee Stamps is happy to ship our packages worldwide!! All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. Customer is responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Please keep in mind that tracking is not available for international packages via USPS once they exit the USA.
My USPS tracking number only says "pre-shipment information sent to USPS". Does this mean my package has not shipped?
No worries! If you receive this message from the USPS website, it means that we have created the shipping label and that your package is in transit. Most times, it takes a day or so for the package to be scanned in to the system. Unfortunately, we have no control over how fast USPS is able to scan their packages into the system. It can be frustrating at times, and we understand this. We thank you in advance for being patient with the mail system.
My USPS shipment tracking shows that my package has already been delivered, but i have not received it. what should i do now?
We always hope that this will never be the case - we know how excited you are to receive your goodies! But please know that sometimes USPS will scan an item delivered on the day of (or even sometimes the day before) the delivery actually takes place. If your item is showing delivered and you do not have it in your possession, please check with your local post office. Have the tracking number ready to provide to them and have them investigate the package.
Cancellations, changes to orders, combining orders:
During our normal off-peak times, we are usually able to make changes to orders, cancel orders or combine multiple orders as long as the order(s) in question are not in fulfillment yet. If your order has been marked as ”In fulfillment”, this means that your order is currently being packaged for shipping. Once it reaches this stage - we are not able to cancel, change or combine the orders. Please also note that during peak sales times (specials, sales, and during a new release period) We are not able to make changes to orders or combine shipments at all. We work very hard to fill orders as quickly as possible (especially during these peak times) so making changes to an order or combining multiple orders becomes a difficult task.

We appreciate our customers! We feel that this is evident with each and every package that we ship. We wanted to do a little something special to show our customers just how much they mean to us... so we have started an exciting new order incentive program! Here are all the fun details of our FREE BEE program.
- Each order is eligible for the Free Bee program! Every time you order from us, no matter the value of the order, you will receive a FREE BEE stamp.
- Each order over $75 will receive a FREE BEE stamp... PLUS the matching die! (Retail value after any coupons and discounts must be $75 or more. Shipping does not count towards the $75 minimum)
- Please note that the Free Bee program is meant as an extra incentive and carries no monetary value for exchange or return. This program is subject to change at any time without previous notice. Free Bees are available while supplies last. Sorry, but we are not able to switch out bees for different styles.

If you decide that you do not love your purchase, you may choose to return any unopened and unused portion of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. (We are sorry but we are not able to refund the cost of shipping). Items must be approved to return. In order to receive an approval to return, please email us at: CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com with your order number, order date, and the items you would like to return. You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be in used or opened condition. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded; as well return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been approved, you may return your items to the address below. (Please note: do not return items without first contacting us for a return number. Doing so may result in a refund not taking place).
