WOW! Embossing Powder - Clear Matte Dull

First time buying from Wow. I was impressed by all the positive reviews. As I opened the package, I could not believe how small the jar was! The Ranger powders jars I have that are 0.5 oz (14 gr.) are literally twice as big. Even if this powder is somehow twice as heavy or dense, the 1" diameter of the jar opening makes it difficult to return powder to the container.
Also, really wanted a powder that would give a "matt dull", not shiny, finish. I see virtually no difference between this product and a regular clear embossing powder.
Finally, powder is very fine and off/white, but the jar has a lot of larger white clumps in i. ????? What a waste of money and expectations.
