Hello Bee friends! It's Bobbi with another card that could be for Valentine's Day, a wedding, anniversary, best friend and any other reason to celebrate love. I'm using these beautiful topiaries because they are so full of beauty and life! This 5" X 7" card features the following products by Honey Bee Stamps:
Lovely Layers: Topiary - Honey Cuts - Stand-Alone Dies
By Your Side stamp set and coordinating By Your Side dies
Lovely Layers: Heart Vine Honey Cuts dies
Bold Backgrounds: Vines of Love Honey Cuts dies
For the basics... my Honey Bee Stamps featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. My blender brushes (large and small) are a must for ink blending color on the background, too. For white highlights, I use my white Gelly Roll pen. My card is 5" X 7" in size.

To create this 5" X 7" greeting card, I die cut all of the elements to make the two different topiaries using the Lovely Layers: Topiary - Honey Cuts - Stand-Alone Dies. You'll notice that each one has a different leafy design. I used a medium green, dark brown, medium pink and red cardstock to cut the leaves, stem, pots, and bows, respectively. I blended on some Candied Apple Distress Oxide Ink to the pots to emphasize the embossed design on them. I also blended on Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink to the leaves and used my YG67 Copic Marker and white Gelly Roll Pen to add dots to the leaves for a more variegated appearance. When I assembled the layers of the leaves, I added one foam tab to make both topiaries fuller looking and dimensional.

I also added some whimsical heart-shaped leaves to the topiaries by cutting branches off a vine created using the Lovely Layers: Heart Vine Honey Cuts dies and two colors of green cardstock. I tucked them between the layers of the topiaries. I love the sweet look of these heart-shaped leafy branches!
For the topiary on the right, I added a brown "branch" of red hearts. I used the branch die to create the stick for this element. The hearts were cut using three sizes of heart dies from the Bold Backgrounds: Vines of Love Honey Cuts dies. I also used a heart from this set for the left topiary's pot. I added bows using dies from the topiary set. I added white highlight marks and stripes to the hearts and bows.

For the card's background, I hand drew simple hearts using a W2 Copic Marker on the top two-thirds area of a 5" X 7" piece of white cardstock. I added 2 - 1/8' strips of a warm gray cardstock at the two-thirds mark to create a "floor and wall" division for the topiary scene. I attached the topiaries, letting the pots rest in the white floor space. I used foam tabs under the pots to make them stand out.
The final steps included adding two phrases from the By Your Side stamp set and coordinating By Your Side dies. I attached one to the top and one to the lower right corner. I added a few gem stickers to the red hearts for a little sparkle. I attached the front panel to a white card base and finished the card with some Pearl Pen dots on the trees in bright red for "fruit." You could also use red and pink pearl stickers for this look!
