Very satisfied with the service and the item. I can use dies and embossing folders that did not work well in another machine I have had for several years.

I have made about 60 cards with this machine and find it very easy to use and the results are good. The machine was very easy to set up and after a few runs it smoothed out and has continued to work flawlessly. I am happy with this machine.
