Copic Opaque White Pigment, 1 oz. Jar

This water-based pigment is used for highlight effects. Opaque white won't bleed into the base color, giving a sharp line definition. It can be used on permanent ink surfaces as well as with watercolors, colored pencils, and paints. It can be applied with a brush.
