This collection geared for the men in our lives includes a great new add-on set called, "Lovely Layers: Hoosier Cabinet - Wet Bar Add-on Honey Cuts Stand-Alone Dies." With this set, the whole cabinet becomes perfect for those who love to celebrate with friends with a drink or two! I'm using the following new items from the release by Honey Bee Stamps:

For the basics... my Honey Bee Stamps featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. My blender brushes (large and small) are a must for ink blending color on the background, too. For white highlights, I use my white Gelly Roll pen. My card is 5" X 7" in size.

To create this 5" X 7" card, I started by making the cabinet using the Lovely Layers: Hoosier Cabinet Honey Cuts stand alone dies with a warm gray cardstock for the top layer, drawers and doors and black for the base layer. I added all the drawers and doors and kept the backsplash black. I did not glue down the doors since I will have them opening on the card. I trimmed the bottom and top of the cabinet in black. So stylish, right?! Perfect for the modern man or woman! Notice that I skipped adding the small row of drawers on the cabinet. I reserved that space for the martini glassware holder.
I used white cardstock for the countertop and added veining to mimic a white marble looking quartz countertop. I added black knobs to the doors and drawers using Pearl Pen. There are round knob dies in the set to cut them from black cardstock instead.

Now comes the fun part, adding the accessories! Using the Lovely Layers: Hoosier Wet Bar Add-On Honey Cuts dies, I added in all the glassware and bottles. I added the glassware rack right in front above the backsplash and wine bottle holder between the top cabinets. I cut all of them from white cardstock and colored them using colors that represent booze bottles and glasses.
My go-to color for glassware for this project was Copic Markers in BG10 and BG72. It's a blue green color combo. I added shading, making the glassware two-tone looking for a highlight on one side and a shadow on the other side of the rounded glasses. I added bottles to the lower cabinet and cabinet, too. I used my white Gelly Roll pen to add highlights to the bottles since they are also made of glass and would have some shine when the cabinet is opened and light would shine in on them. Bottles were added to the racks in the upper cabinet, too.

Now that the bar is fully stocked and ready to party, I had to create a room scene for this swanky little cabinet! I used an awesome pattern paper from the Urban Roots Paper Pack for the "wallpaper" in a brown and ivory and added a 5" wide X 4-1/4" tall piece it to the top of the scene. I added a chair rail by attaching an 1/8" strip of black cardstock below the wallpaper. I kept the bottom white. I added a plank black floor using a 5" wide X 1" tall strip of black cardstock. If you look close, you'll see I used a ruler and fine-tip black marker to add seams in the floor for planks. I added an 1/8' strip of gray to the top of the black strip to look like baseboard. I added the cabinet to the center of the card, making sure the legs were hitting the floor.
Lastly, I added the sentiment to the bar. This sentiment is the FREE BEE while supplies last! See below for details.
