FAQ - Shipping and Returns

Q: What do you charge for shipping handling? How are your shipping rates calculated?

To continue providing the quality products, care, and service you expect from us, we’ve made a small update to our shipping structure due to rising shipping and handling costs. We’ve worked hard to keep rates as fair and straightforward as possible.

Our current shipping rates for domestic orders are:

Orders under $50 — $6.95 flat rate

Orders $51 and over — $8.95 flat rate

Large machines (die cutting machines, foil machines, fuse machines, and similar items) — $14.95 flat rate

Shipping rates are flat-rate based on order total or item type, as outlined above. For those who prefer, UPS shipping will also be available at checkout at standard carrier rates. We’re happy to offer this option so you can choose what works best for you.

Every order is carefully reviewed by our shipping team (real humans!) and then checked again by our system to ensure accuracy. We always choose the best possible shipping method for your order and handle each package with care.

International orders are calculated based on actual carrier rates provided. 

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Most of our orders are processed within 1 - 2 Business days... However - during peak times, new release weeks, Holidays, sales, etc... we may experience backups. During these peak times, please allow extra time for orders to ship. Please keep in mind that Honey Bee Stamps is closed on most major US holidays to be with our families.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We ship all of our orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We love to use Priority Mailers when at all possible to save you money on larger orders! For International orders, we also offer DHL.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order after it has shipped?

A: Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee transit times for first class shipments. However, you can go by these general guidelines of shipping times for USPS:

Estimated Shipping Times - within the USA:
First Class Mail: 3-8 Business Days
Priority Mail: 2-5 Business Days

Estimated Shipping Times - International:
First Class Mail: 7-20+ Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-12+ Business Days
DHL: 2-6+ Business Days

*International shipping times can vary greatly depending on your country and can take up to eight weeks depending on location.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Your tracking number will be located within your account on our website. Simply login to our website (upper right-hand corner of our homepage) and click to view your orders. Within each order, you will see a tracking number. If you are not able to find your tracking number, please feel free to email us. customercare@honeybeestamps.com

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Absolutely! Honey Bee Stamps is happy to ship our packages worldwide!! All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. The customer is responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Please keep in mind that tracking is not available for international packages via USPS once they exit the USA.

Q: My USPS tracking number only says "pre-shipment information sent to USPS". Does this mean my package has not shipped?

A: No worries! If you receive this message from the USPS website, it means that we have created the shipping label and that your package is in transit. Most times, it takes up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned into the system. Unfortunately, we have no control over how fast USPS scans their packages into the system. It can be frustrating at times, and we understand this. We thank you in advance for being patient with the mail system.

Q: My USPS shipment tracking shows that my package has already been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do now?

A: We always hope that this will never be the case - we know how excited you are to receive your goodies! But please know that sometimes USPS will scan an item delivered on the day of (or even sometimes the day before) the delivery takes place. If your item is showing delivered and you do not have it in your possession, please check with your local post office. Have the tracking number ready to provide to them and have them investigate the package. You may also want to check with your neighbors while waiting on the post office - to see if they received your package by mistake. Honey Bee Stamps is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

Honey Bee Stamps now offers Corso shipping coverage at checkout. If you would like to cover your order in case of lost, stolen, or damaged orders - please add on the Corso shipping protection. You can also elect to waive the shipping coverage at checkout. If you do have a lost, stolen, damaged or missing package and have paid for the Corso protection, please reach out to Corso directly in your shipping confirmation email and they will take care of you promptly! 

Return Policy:

We hope that you will absolutely Love your Honey Bee Stamps purchase! If there happens to be a problem or manufacturer defect with any item in your order, please contact us immediately!

Email us at: CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com immediately and we will resolve the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with any issues.

If you decide that you do not love your purchase, you may choose to return any unopened and unused portion of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. (We are sorry but we are not able to refund the cost of shipping). Items must be approved to return. In order to receive an approval to return, please email us at:  CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com with your order number, order date, and the items you would like to return. You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be in used or opened condition. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded; as well return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not allow returns on any clearance or retiring items.

Once your return has been approved, you may return your items to the address below.  (Please note: do not return items without first contacting us for a return number. Doing so may result in a refund not taking place).
