"Goodness Gracious" Toolbox Planter

Hello Honey Bee friends. It's Bobbi Lemanski here sharing a little piece of western with this aged toolbox and cacti blossoms from the latest release called, "Sawdust and Saddles." I'm using the following Honey Bee Stamps products for this 5" X 7" card:

Americana Paper Pad

For the basics... my featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. For white highlights, I use my white Gelly Roll pen. My card is 5" X 7" in size.

Goodness Gracious Card

To create this A7 card, I used the Wood Planks 3D Embossing Folder and white cardstock to create the top half of the background for the card. I "aged" the textured design a bit using Copic E42 and E43 markers. 

The bottom red plank background and the aged wood top that the tool box is sitting on is from the Americana Paper Pad. This paper pad has awesome designs and textured wood prints to use with the "Sawdust and Saddles" collection. I cut the papers down to look like the bottom half of the card is a counter with a wood top on top. 

I die cut the elements of the toolbox using the Lovely Layers; Tool Box Honey Cuts Dies and white cardstock. I assembled the toolbox and added color the box to create a woodgrain effect using Copic Markers in E57, E55, E43, and W2. I also used my white gel pen to add additional texture and age to the woodgrain.

I die cut all the elements to create the cactus plants using the Lovely Layers: Mini Desert Blooms Honey Cuts Dies, green and white cardstock. I colored the blossoms in bright colors using Copics. I also cut the two cactus plants and coordinating pots from the Lovely Layers: Fireplace Lodge Add-On - Honey Cuts dies and assembled them. 

I arranged the cacti in the tool box and glued them all in place. I attached the toolbox to the front panel. I added a rope from the On the Range stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies to the toolbox on the left side. I attached the two smaller cacti plants in pots to the right of the toolbox. Lastly, I added the sentiment, "Goodness Gracious" to the front of the toolbox to complete the card. The sentiment is from the Howdy Y'all stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies.
