Hello, friends!! Brenda here with a shaped Father's Day card featuring the Display Box A2 Cover Plate and Display Box Tackle Add-on Die Sets from the latest Foundry and Field Release!!
I began by die-cutting the background of the box from pattern paper in the Urban Roots Paper Pad and the frame from brown cardstock using the Display Box A2 Cover Plate Die Set. The label and hinges were cut from matte gold cardstock. I also die-cut the shaped card base by letting the long edge of the largest die hang over the folded side of a white A2 card base. All the layers were adhered together with Bee Creative Glue.
The lures and accessories were die-cut from frosted silver and white cardstock using the Display Box Tackle Add-on Die Set. I colored the white die-cuts with Copic markers, adhered all of them together with Bee Creative Glue, then arranged and adhered them to the background. I used a black glaze pen to add in the eyes on the lures.
The sentiment, from the Hooked On You Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with black pigment ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die, then popped up with foam squares. I added matte gold pearls from the Autumn Pearl Sticker Pack to the label and hinges and a small black pearl from the Cool Pearls Sticker Pack to the center of the compass to finish it off.
