Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff will add fluffy dimension to your cards and crafting projects. It works well on a variety of surfaces. Ideal for Christmas to make a snow effect. To use, write or create the text or image you want using the Fluffy Stuff.

Heat gently with your heat gun keeping it moving at all times. The text or image will slowly bubble and expand to create a lovely fluffy finish. Please note that most of the Cosmic Shimmer product is water-based and therefore could be affected by colder temperatures including the time in transit. Take this into consideration when placing your order in colder months.
