Happy Tuesday, fellow crafters!! Brenda back sharing a card that combines products from the newest Maker's Mix Release with some older goodies!! One of my favorite things to do to stretch my stash!!
I started by stamping the image from the Work Of Heart Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I colored it with Copic markers to coordinate with the pattern paper from the Happy Hearts Paper Pad (one of my absolute faves!!), then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.
For the background, I die-cut the pattern paper from the Happy Hearts Paper Pad with the largest die in the Lace Heart Layering Frames Die Set. It was adhered to an A2 panel of dark coral cardstock. The fourth largest die in the Stacking Hearts Die Set was cut from the same color of cardstock. Next, the largest scalloped heart in the Lace Heart Layering Frames Die Set was cut from white cardstock, along with the second largest die it the In Stitches: Heart Die Set. I stitched the heart with light blue embroidery thread, then adhered all the layers together with Bee Creative Glue. The focal point image was also adhered with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment is also from the Work of Heart Stamp Set. It was stamped onto black cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink, embossed with detail white embossing powder and cut out with the Coordinating Die. I also die-cut three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock, adhered them behind the black one, then adhered it to the front of the card with Bee Creative Glue. I chose pearls from the Harvest Pearl Stickers and Holiday Wishes Pearl Sticker packs in the same color scheme to finish off the card.
