REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will absolutely LOVE your Honey Bee Stamps purchase! If there happens to be a problem or manufacturer defect with any item in your order, please contact us immediately! Email us at: CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com or give us a call at 541-405-4564 and we will resolve the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with any issues.
If you decide that you do not love your purchase, you may choose to return any unopened and unused portion of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. (We are sorry but we are not able to refund the cost of shipping). Items must be approved to return. In order to receive approval to return, please email us at: CustomerCare@honeybeestamps.com with your order number, order date, and the items you would like to return. You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be in used or opened condition. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded; as well as return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been approved, you may return your items to the address below. (Please note: do not return items without first contacting us for a return number. Doing so may result in a refund not taking place).
